- *Site security is an essential part of keeping your web site healthy. The free plugin we use is a well-respected site security system with basic features. Our Developer Security Plugin provides a much more robust approach, introducing Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for site logins on both the back and front end, brute force attack detection & prevention and, site lockouts for hacking bots and IP addresses with unauthorised access attempts.
- **The 2 or 4 hours of maintenance, stipulated within and provided for under any issued and signed Care Plan Agreement, is in place for the necessary maintenance of plugins, themes and WordPress core, as well as agreed minor page or site changes. Your Care Plan Agreement will detail what measures are available under any such documented arrangement.
- ***Access to Developer Plugin Licencing is made available where an ongoing Care Plan Agreement is in place. Cessation of a Care Plan will necessitate the purchase of relevant licencing for all Pro version plugins by the Client, as detailed in our Master Services Agreement, a copy of which will be made available for your signature at the time of entering into a contract with Grewalz Web Design.
